Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

1. The gift certificate is not a credit card and does not have any fees or insurance in the event of loss or theft.

6. Since the gift certificate can be given at any time, the cardholder, whoever it may be, can use the full amount available on the card. Echo Sports will not provide any refunds in the case of loss, theft, or use of the available amount on the card by another person.
7. Echo Sports reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the gift certificate without prior notice.
