Information
You have two options for storing your bike:
- Bring your bike directly to our store before November 30th at 550 rue du Marais in Quebec City.
- Take advantage of our home pick-up service if you are located less than 75 km from our store.
If you choose pick-up, you will be charged an additional fee, and we will contact you to schedule a pick-up date and time.
Conditions and authorization
Please answer the questionnaire to confirm that you have read and accepted the storage and maintenance conditions.
- Echo Sports undertakes to store your bike in a secure, temperate and weatherproof location.
- The battery will be recharged once a month in accordance with general maintenance recommendations.
- You authorize our team to handle your bike and battery for storage, recharging and tuning purposes.
- Echo Sports is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing problems or non-visible failures.
- In the event of non-recovery After May 1st, a custody fee of $5/day will be charged.
